Casita Series - Model B

The Casita Series / Model B built by Cavco Riverside is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom singlewide manufactured, park model home with 399 square feet on a 34-foot frame. A single bedroom, a full bath and an open living room and kitchen make up this compact plan, laid out end to end. The bath sits between the bedroom and the living area, with a tub and an optional stacked washer and dryer nearby. The kitchen is at the far end, and the drawing also marks an optional heat pump wrap.
