Palm Harbor - The Mountain View I

The Palm Harbor / The Mountain View I built by Cavco Millersburg is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom multi-section home with 1,836 square feet on a 68-foot frame. It’s an exact spec-twin of the Umqua, sharing the identical 1,836 square feet, 68-foot length, and 27-foot width, but with one fewer bedroom than that model’s 4. It sits below the Casa Grande’s 2,052 square feet in the series’ size range. It’s the 3-bedroom option at this shared 68-foot, 1,836-square-foot footprint.
