Palm Harbor - The Northwest Park

The Palm Harbor / The Northwest Park built by Cavco Millersburg is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom single-section home with 386 square feet on a 34-foot frame. It’s an exact spec-twin of the Pacific Lodge, matching that model’s 386 square feet, 34-foot length, and 11-foot width exactly. Despite not carrying the ‘Lodge’ name, it belongs to the same five-model cluster as the Sierra, Pacific, Cascade, and Siskiyou Lodge. Buyers choosing between the Northwest Park and Pacific Lodge get the same overall home.
