Palm Harbor - The Sierra Lodge

The Palm Harbor / The Sierra Lodge built by Cavco Millersburg is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom single-section home with 389 square feet on a 35-foot frame. It’s the largest of a five-model lodge-style cluster of tiny single-section homes in the Palm Harbor series (Sierra, Pacific, Northwest Park, Cascade, and Siskiyou Lodge), all 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom, and 11 feet wide. Its 35-foot frame is the longest of that cluster, just ahead of the Pacific Lodge and Northwest Park’s 34 feet. It’s the roomiest option within that compact lodge-style group.
